Safety Tapes are used to caution danger. They can prevent slipping, provide illumination or reflectivity. Floor marking and barricade tapes typically consist of colored, striped, or photo luminescent vinyl tapes. Anti-slip traction materials include PVC film or a cross-linked polyolefin treated with abrasive grit materials coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive and a removable protective liner. Silicone rubber and coated cloths are also used to maximize friction and minimize slippage.
